Q1: What is your return or exchange policy?

- Non-Customized Products: Items with production faults, such as leather fading, are eligible for exchange or refund upon receipt.
- Customized Products: Personalized monogram and HQ Prints products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: Our phone cases are crafted from high-quality, genuine full-grain leather. Each product showcases unique cowhide patterns and natural variations in texture and appearance, making every piece one-of-a-kind. Additionally, the folds and creases on the leather are part of the natural production process, adding to its authenticity and charm. These are not defects but unique features of genuine leather.
In cases of manufacturing defects, returns or exchanges are permitted.
Q2: Is your leather genuine or vegan?

We offer both genuine leather and sustainable vegan leather options.
- Genuine Leather: Older models feature premium full-grain cowhide for its durability and natural beauty.
- Vegan Leather: Our new models are crafted with sustainable vegan leather, marked with a "Vegan" logo in the product details to help you make an informed choice.
Q3: Can I use ethanol alcohol or cleaning agents on my phone case?

No, it’s not recommended. Cleaning agents, especially ethanol alcohol, can cause immediate fading or damage to your leather phone case.
Q4: How many characters and colors can I customize with foil?
A4:
- Characters: You can customize up to 8 characters, including letters, numbers, symbols, and spaces. However, we allow only 2 of the same characters to be debossed.
- Foil Colors: Choose from Gold, Silver, Pink Gold, and Copper. Foil is applied using a heat debossing technique for a premium finish.
Q5: Why do digital prints sometimes look different from what I see on my screen?

The leather’s base color (light or dark) can affect the final print, causing a natural color variation of about 5-10%. Prints may appear slightly lighter or darker than what you see on your monitor.
Q6: Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! All orders come in our signature stylish packaging. You can also include complimentary gift cards and gift boxes for a personalized touch.
Q7: Do you include receipts in the box?
A7:
No, we treat all orders as gifts and exclude receipts or paperwork from the package. If you need a receipt, please email us, and we’ll send it to you digitally.

Q8: How long does it take to process my order?

- Non-Personalized Items: Processed within 24 hours if the order is placed on a business day before 5:00 PM (GMT+7).
- Personalized Items: Processed within 3-5 business days.
Note: During sale periods, processing may take 5-7 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Q9: How can I track my order?

After confirming your order, we’ll send a confirmation email. Once shipped, another email with a tracking number will follow.
If you haven’t received our emails, please check your email address for accuracy and review your Junk or SPAM folder.
Q10: What if I purchased the wrong phone model?

- Non-Customized Products: Can be exchanged, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. The item must be in unused condition and 100% identical to the original.
- Customized Products: Cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
