Return or Refund Policy

Please inspect your item upon receipt to ensure there are no defects, damages, or issues. If any item is missing, incorrect, or defective, notify us via our website or email at thecommonflecks@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your return or claim request beyond the 3-day period.

Return/Exchange Conditions

• Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in all cases.
• Exchanges are allowed under the following circumstances:
  • Incorrect model delivered.
  • Personalized item does not match the order specifications.
  • Product is damaged inside its original packaging such as Product is damaged or lost during shipping, within its original packaging.
    
    Note: Our phone cases are crafted from high-quality, genuine full-grain leather. Each product showcases unique cowhide patterns and natural variations in texture and appearance, making every piece one-of-a-kind. Additionally, the folds and creases on the leather are part of the natural production process, adding to its authenticity and charm. These are not defects but unique features of genuine leather.
    

Return Restrictions

• Items that have been used or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
• The company is not liable for any losses, costs, fees, shipping charges, or other expenses.
• Returned items must match the value of the confirmed order.
• Products purchased with electronic vouchers or during discount promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

• Items must be in 100% original condition with all packaging, bags, boxes, and tags intact and unused.
• Exchanges will be processed only after the item has been received and inspected by the company, within 3–5 business days.
• For defective or incorrect items, the company will cover the shipping costs for both return and redelivery. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Required Documentation for Claims

• A video showing the unboxing of the package during the inspection process must be provided as proof.
• Returns or exchanges must be initiated by contacting thecommonflecks@gmail.com directly. Once approved, a return shipping label will be issued.

Note:
If the company is not contacted in advance, it reserves the right to reject any return or exchange requests.

การคืนสินค้า / คืนเงิน

กรุณาตรวจสอบสินค้าเมื่อได้รับ เพื่อป้องกันข้อผิดพลาดในกรณีที่สินค้าขาดตกบกพร่อง และ/หรือเกิดความเสียหายใด ๆ หากพบว่าสินค้าใด ๆ ขาดหาย ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือชำรุดภายในระยะเวลา 3 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า กรุณาแจ้งให้ทางเราทราบผ่านเว็บไซต์หรืออีเมลที่ thecommonflecks@gmail.com มิฉะนั้น บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธคำร้องขอคืนสินค้า หรือการเรียกร้องอื่น ๆ หลังจากพ้นกำหนด 3 วันดังกล่าว

• การเปลี่ยนสินค้า สามารถดำเนินการได้ในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้:
  • สินค้าจัดส่งผิดรุ่น
  • สินค้า Personalized ไม่ตรงตามแบบที่สั่ง
  • สินค้ามีความเสียหายภายในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม เช่น สินค้าเสียหายภายในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม เช่น สินค้าเสียหายหรือสูญหายในระหว่างการขนส่งภายในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
    
    

    หมายเหตุ: เคสโทรศัพท์ของเราผลิตจากหนังแท้คุณภาพสูง Full Grain Leather ทุกชิ้นจะมีลวดลายของหนังวัวที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์และมีความแตกต่างในพื้นผิวและลักษณะตามธรรมชาติ ทำให้แต่ละชิ้นมีความพิเศษไม่เหมือนใคร นอกจากนี้ รอยพับและรอยยับบนหนังเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการผลิตตามธรรมชาติ ซึ่งช่วยเสริมความเป็นเอกลักษณ์และเสน่ห์ของหนังแท้เหล่านี้ ไม่ใช่ข้อบกพร่อง แต่เป็นคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของหนังแท้
    
    ข้อจำกัดในการคืนสินค้า

• บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธสินค้าในกรณีที่ถูกใช้งานแล้ว หรือมีร่องรอยการใช้งาน
• บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย ต้นทุน ค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าขนส่ง หรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ
• สินค้าที่คืนจะต้องอยู่ในมูลค่าตามคำสั่งซื้อยืนยัน
• สินค้าที่ชำระเงินด้วยบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสินค้าในรายการลดราคา ไม่สามารถคืนหรือเปลี่ยนได้

เงื่อนไขสินค้าในการคืน

• สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพ 100% พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ ถุง กล่อง ป้าย และไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน
• การเปลี่ยนสินค้าจะดำเนินการหลังจากที่บริษัทได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้วภายใน 3-5 วันทำการ
• หากสินค้ามีตำหนิ หรือจัดส่งผิดแบบ บริษัทจะรับผิดชอบค่าขนส่งไป-กลับเพื่อเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ลูกค้า หากสินค้าหมด บริษัทจะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนให้

เอกสารประกอบการเคลมสินค้า

• วิดีโอการแกะกล่องพัสดุขณะตรวจสอบสินค้า เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานยืนยัน
• การคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าต้องติดต่อบริษัทโดยตรงผ่านอีเมล thecommonflecks@gmail.com เท่านั้น หากได้รับการอนุมัติ บริษัทจะส่งใบปะหน้าสำหรับการส่งคืนสินค้า
